Actions
Multiattack. Trivorath makes three attacks: one with its Crushing Bite, one with its Electrified Bite, and one Steam Jet blast.
Crushing Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 30 (4d10 + 8) bludgeoning damage.
Electrified Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (3d8 + 8) lightning damage and the target must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of their next turn.
Steam Jet. Ranged Attack (Recharge 5-6): Trivorath expels a blast of superheated steam in a 30-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in the line must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 35 (10d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.
Cryogenic Breath. Trivorath exhales a freezing breath in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 27 (6d8) cold damage and have their movement speed halved until the end of their next turn.
Ink Smother (Recharge 6). Trivorath releases a thick cloud of abyssal ink obscuring a 20-foot radius for 1 minute. Creatures inside have disadvantage on attack rolls and Perception checks relying on sight.

Special Abilities
Abyssal Ink Cloud. As an action, Trivorath can expel a cloud of black abyssal ink in a 30-foot radius centered on itself. The cloud heavily obscures vision, blocks scent, and disrupts echolocation for 1 minute or until dispersed by a strong current.
Neural Stimulation. The colony grants itself and allies advantage on initiative rolls and saving throws against being stunned or paralyzed.
Fourfold Mind. Trivorath has advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened due to its symbiotic union.
Description

A gargantuan chimera formed from four fused abyssal creatures: a fiery red eel, a freezing blue eel, an electrified yellow eel, and an armored skull-headed beast, moving as one lethal entity in crushing depths.

Hook

The fused souls within Trivorath may be liberated, but doing so risks drowning the world in abyssal rage.

Motivation

To survive the abyssal horrors by united strength, controlling territory deep beneath the sea and deterring all threats.

Personality

Coldly calculating, fiercely protective of its symbiotic members, and territorially aggressive especially through Pyroxis’ influence.

GM Notes

- Combines multiple elemental attacks: fire, cold, lightning, and physical.
- Uses ink cloud to create tactical advantages in combat, obscuring foes.
- High survivability with layered defenses and immunities.
