Dominate Gaze (Recharge 5-6). Sira targets one creature she can see within 30 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or be dominated for 1 minute. While dominated, the creature regards Sira as a trusted ally and obeys her telepathic commands.
Legendary Actions
Mind Pierce. Sira targets one creature she can see within 60 feet that is concentrating on a spell. The target must succeed on a DC 17 Intelligence saving throw or lose concentration.
Telepathic Command. Sira telepathically commands a creature she has dominated to use its reaction to make one weapon attack or cast a spell.
Reactions
Mental Deflection. When a creature Sira can see casts a spell targeting only her, she can impose disadvantage on the attack roll or force the creature to reroll the saving throw (Sira decides which).
