- Veteran Adventurer Who Has Seen Too Much
- Chosen Guardian of the Architect’s Hidden Law
- Family, Freedom, and Oakhaven Come First
- Because of Instant Mastery, whenever I genuinely attempt to learn a learnable skill, discipline, craft, magical system, field of knowledge, combat technique, or similar pursuit, I can essentially master it instantly.
- Because I mastered Kinetic Echo, once per scene I can turn a precise physical gesture or mundane object into a devastating forceful impact, using Fight to overcome a physical obstacle or weapon.
- Because I possess Sovereign Beast-Whispering, I can expertly understand, communicate with, calm, negotiate with, tame, or establish dominance over beasts, giants, and magical creatures when circumstances permit. This is a mastered discipline, not absolute supernatural control. Angel's Sovereign Bond remains a separate Architect-granted ability that cannot be duplicated through Instant Mastery
At 35, Bobby carries himself like a seasoned adventurer wearing the responsibilities of a Grand Duke: steady eyes, practical bearing, and dangerous restraint. His presence feels subtly impossible—the mark of Earth, the Architect, Instant Mastery, and a man who once shattered a supposedly unbreakable obsidian blade with a quill.
Bobby has concluded his first major council in Oakhaven and is preparing to travel to the Royal Capital to meet King Alaric. He intends to coordinate the creation of a secure future spatial gateway between Oakhaven and the capital, including approval procedures, customs, Portal Masters, and security. Bobby has explicitly decided NOT to open the permanent rift until this coordination occurs. CANON RULE: Bobby’s Fate Core skill ratings are only gameplay-resolution mechanics. They do not limit his Architect-granted Instant Mastery. Once Bobby genuinely attempts and masters a learnable skill, discipline, craft, magical system, field of knowledge, or combat technique, he possesses true mastery of it. Rolls may determine opposition, circumstances, consequences, or whether a specific plan succeeds, but must never retcon Bobby into being unskilled at something he has already mastered. Sovereign Beast-Whispering is a mastered discipline and does not duplicate Angel King’s separate Architect-granted Sovereign Bond.
Otherworldly Grand Duke with Instant Mastery
First Adventure: Transported from modern-day Earth to Oakhaven’s world with his parents, grandparents, and immediate family, Bobby became an adventurer, tamed Jade, and ultimately transformed her into a Void Dragon by feeding her a Void Stone. Crossing Paths: King Alaric chose Bobby to escort Princess Elara across the Continental Divide to the Neutral Summit, where Bobby defended her from the Shadow Hand and demonstrated Kinetic Echo. Crossing Paths: After returning Elara safely, Bobby received Oakhaven and the Emerald Wilds, became Grand Duke, discovered the Architect’s Key and hidden law-weaving chamber beneath Archive Manor’s fountain, and created the hereditary Legacy of Mastery bloodline trait before choosing to guard the chamber rather than exploit it.

GM Notes
- Confirmed mastered skills: Swordsmanship, Fire Magic, Telepathy, Continental History, Spatial Magic, Arcane Magic Theory, Total Memory Recall, Kinetic Echo, and Sovereign Beast-Whispering.
- Bobby’s immense competence is not domination: he protects his family, governs Oakhaven responsibly, preserves freedom of choice, and refuses to abuse overwhelming power.
- Jade is Bobby’s Void Dragon mount, companion, and family; the Frost Giant King serves Oakhaven as the Silent Sentinel of the Emerald Peaks.
