Actions
Multiattack.
Odrava makes two Grave-Touch attacks.
Grave-Touch.
Melee Spell Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) necrotic damage, and the target can't regain hit points until the start of Odrava's next turn.
Bell of the Last Breath (Recharge 5–6).
Odrava rings her soul-bell. Each creature of her choice within 20 feet must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 27 (6d8) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. A creature that fails is frightened until the end of its next turn.
Bonus Actions
Funeral Step.
Odrava teleports up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space she can see. Each creature within 5 feet of the space she leaves takes 3 (1d6) necrotic damage.
Legendary Actions
Drifting Step.
Odrava moves up to half her flying speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Grave-Touch.
Odrava makes one Grave-Touch attack.
Toll of Silence (Costs 2 Actions).
One creature Odrava can see within 60 feet must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be unable to speak or cast spells with verbal components until the end of its next turn.
Lair Actions
Rising Dead.
On initiative count 20, grasping skeletal hands erupt from the floor in a 20-foot-square area Odrava can see; the area becomes difficult terrain until the next round.
Echoing Bell.
On initiative count 20, a spectral bell tolls from a point Odrava can see. Until the next round, creatures within 15 feet of that point have disadvantage on saving throws against being frightened.
Reactions
Borrowed Breath.
When a creature Odrava can see within 30 feet regains hit points, Odrava reduces the healing by 10 and regains that many hit points.

Spellcasting
Innate Spellcasting.
Odrava's spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). She requires no material components: At will: chill touch, thaumaturgy. 3/day each: command, blindness/deafness, misty step. 1/day each: bestow curse, vampiric touch.
Special Abilities
Incorporeal Movement.
Odrava can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. She takes 5 (1d10) force damage if she ends her turn inside an object.
Undead Fortitude.
If damage reduces Odrava to 0 hit points, she makes a Constitution saving throw with a DC equal to 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, she drops to 1 hit point instead.
Deathless Choir.
A creature that starts its turn within 10 feet of Odrava and can hear her must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or have disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of its next turn.
Description
Odrava is a tall, unnaturally thin corpse wrapped in water-dark funeral cloth, with blue-gray skin and a cracked silver mask fused over her face. A tiny brass bell hangs inside her ribcage and rings whenever she moves.
Equipment
Cracked silver funeral mask, black burial robes, and a handbell containing a trapped soul
Hook
The bell inside Odrava contains the soul of a beloved local hero, whose voice can still be heard pleading for the characters to break it.
Motivation
She seeks to complete a final requiem that will silence every living voice in the valley and bind its dead into her choir.
Personality
Quiet and ceremonious, Odrava treats every conversation as a funeral rite and addresses the living as though they are already mourners.
